Job summary

Emerson Łódź is seeking an Industrialization Processes Leader to guide global and local product development, localization, and manufacturing transition initiatives. You will lead a team of mechanical engineers, ensuring high-quality execution and process optimization across functions and sites.

The role requires strong mechanical engineering knowledge, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to work across domains with suppliers and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering and industrialization projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, or Fluid Mechanics.
• Hands-on engineering mindset with ability to solve practical technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate industrialization activities for new product development, localization, relocation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to a team of design and development engineers.
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor project activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Identify and implement modern engineering solutions to drive innovation and sustainability.
