An international consulting firm is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to oversee industrial projects, focusing on electronics production near Lublin. For one of our international clients, RSB Automotive Consulting is looking for an Industrial Project Manager to support the launch and development of electronics manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing industrial projects in an international environment, with a strong focus on electronics production and SMT lines. You will coordinate project activities across departments and ensure successful delivery in terms of Safety, Quality, Cost, Timing, Profitability, and Cash Flow.
Lead and coordinate industrial projects end-to-end.
Manage cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and IT.
Support the launch and ramp-up of electronics production lines (SMT).
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor KPIs and project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, CE norms, and internal procedures.
Cooperate with suppliers and support change management activities.
Report project status to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project management.
Hands‑on experience with electronics manufacturing and/or SMT production lines.
Strong technical understanding of industrial and production processes.
Very good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, international environment.
English – mandatory.
Experience in launching new production lines or plants.
Background in electronics manufacturing projects.
Additional foreign language.
Participation in international industrial projects.
Long-term cooperation and stable project pipeline.
