Job summary

LACROIX is seeking an IT/OT Integration Engineer at our Kwidzyn site to connect machines, MES systems and business applications, enabling seamless communication for daily manufacturing and future digitalization initiatives. You will lead connectivity projects, work with cross-functional teams and contribute to Industry 4.0 efforts.

Qualifications

• Must-have: good understanding of automation, machinery or industrial equipment.
• Must-have: knowledge of industrial IT, networks, protocols and system integration.
• Must-have: understanding of servers, infrastructure and industrial connectivity.
• Must-have: basic programming knowledge (Java, C# or C++).
• Must-have: strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must-have: ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Must-have: Fluent Polish and Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve connections between machines, MES and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting production flows.
• Ensure data reliability and end-to-end traceability.
• Coordinate updates and improvements of industrial systems and equipment.
