Job summary

Hatch in Katowice is seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to design electrical installations for metals, mining and energy projects from our office in the city centre.

You will collaborate with international project teams, prepare schematics, take-offs and documentation, and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to prepare and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering standards and regulations; English B1+.
• Experience in industrial electrical design.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical installations for metals, mining, and energy industries.
• Collaborate on electrical engineering documentation per standards and project requirements.
• Perform power flow calculations, short-circuit studies, protection coordination and equipment selection.
• Prepare equipment take-offs, cable schedules and material lists.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate or lead project teams.
