Job summary

Hatch Ltd. in Poland is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Project Delivery Group.

You will design industrial installations, contribute to international projects, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, reliable and efficient electrical systems. The role requires higher technical education (Electrical Engineering), 2+ years design experience, 3+ years project execution, English B2+, and German proficiency.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education (Electrical Engineering) preferred.
• Min 2 years designing industrial installations.
• Min 3 years in industrial project execution.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Proficiency in German.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of applicable standards, codes, and design procedures.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Team:

Requirements

• Higher technical education (preferred: Electrical Engineering)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing industrial installations
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial project execution
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Proficiency in German
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of applicable standards, codes, and design procedures
• Experience in international projects
• Proficiency in EPLAN and Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Bentley, MicroStation, and ETAP software
• Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions
