Job summary

A leading steel and mining company in Poland is seeking an Industrial Controlling Support professional. This role involves supporting financial closing, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance and 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will work with tools like SAP and PowerBI, manage intercompany accounting, and prepare management reports. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are required, while German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial and cost systems.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting for the full Primary & Finishing chain.
• Manage intercompany accounting including monthly and quarterly cost settlements.
• Prepare management reporting and finance dashboards.
