Job summary

Paged Plywood in Poland is seeking an Industrial Automation Engineer to maintain and modernize production machinery and automation systems in a 3-shift operation at Pisz.

You will work with PLC programming, vision systems, and drive technologies, with opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Higher education in automation/robotics is preferred.
• Ability to read and create technical drawings and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Operation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of production machines and automation systems.
• Modernization and implementation of improvements to increase efficiency.

We are currently looking for a person to join our team in the position of:

Industrial Automation Engineer

Place of work: Pisz

The Selected Candidate Will Be Responsible For

• Comprehensive maintenance of production machines and industrial automation systems to ensure their continuous operational and technical efficiency
• Operation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of production machines and automation systems
• Modernization, introduction of improvement systems, increasing the efficiency of machines and devices

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Relevant education (preferably higher education in automation and robotics, mechatronics)
• Ability to read and create technical documentation (technical drawings, electrical diagrams)
• Knowledge of automation, pneumatics, electrical engineering, and mechanics
• Communicative English skills are welcome
• Ability to program PLC controllers and operate vision systems is welcome
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (6 a.m. to 2 p.m. / 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. / 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.)
• Knowledge of modern drive technologies, including SERW
• Knowledge of starting, programming, and operating inverters.
