Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions. This role will engage with sales, HR, finance and delivery to ensure contract accuracy and regulatory alignment.

You will review MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and other agreements, draft templates, and conduct EU and international legal research across jurisdictions. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English.
• Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements).

Responsibilities

• Support other team members with day-to-day legal issues.
• Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and other agreements with vendors.
• Draft and maintain contract templates.
• Support compliance work across the jurisdictions where we operate.
• Advise internal teams (sales, HR, finance, delivery) on legal questions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on EU and international law matters.
