About the Role:

As an Import/Export Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the central point of contact for our global customers, you’ll oversee the full order‑to‑cash process - from order entry to sea freight logistics. You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and process international customer orders in line with contracts and product availability.
  • Coordinate ocean freight shipments and loading with warehouses and logistics partners.
  • Ensure all shipping documents and legal requirements (e.g. invoices, certificates, declarations) are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Handle customer complaints and service issues, including issuing credit/debit notes when needed.
  • Monitor order progress, participate in customer/sales calls, and provide regular updates.
  • Validate transport invoices and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in global logistics, freight forwarding, or customer‑facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
  • Familiar with Incoterms and international shipping documentation.
  • Customer‑focused and solution‑driven.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communicator and team player with a proactive mindset.
