Exerizon is seeking a Solution Architect (mid or senior) with deep healthcare domain knowledge to design end-to-end solutions for providers and payers. You will translate clinical and business needs into architecture, own the stack design, and ensure regulatory compliance across GDPR health data and Polish law.

Remote work model with access to a central Warsaw office. You will build on Azure (or AWS/GCP), evaluate vendors, and lead architecture reviews with client CIOs and clinical leads.

Formación

• 5+ years (mid) or 8+ years (senior) in solution architecture or senior engineering roles with end-to-end design responsibility for production systems
• 2+ years in healthcare, on the provider or payer side
• Strong written and spoken communication
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Experience with REST/GraphQL, data modelling, and identity/access (OAuth2/OIDC)
• Cloud architecture on Azure or other hyperscaler
• Knowledge of GDPR health data and Polish medical records law
• Ability to defend a design under hostile review

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for healthcare clients: patient-facing channels, scheduling, medical records, diagnostics, telemedicine, subscriptions, claims and billing, CRM and analytics
• Translate business and clinical needs into architecture with clear roadmaps and designs
• Own the solution design across the stack: APIs, data, identity, and non-functional requirements
• Design for regulation and clinical safety across GDPR and Polish law
• Build on Azure or AWS/GCP with regulated controls and deployment architecture
• Run vendor evaluations, defensible scoring, and evidence-based recommendations
• Produce architecture deliverables: C4, ArchiMate, decision records, capacity and cost models
• Leverage AI tooling with discipline to verify claims before client delivery
• Collaborate with CIOs, CMIOs, business owners and engineers; guide delivery
• Contribute to Exerizon's healthcare practice with reusable assets
