Identity and Access Management Security Engineering do pracy dla klienta, globalnej instytucji finansowej, która realizuje transformacyjny program IAM. Do Twoich zadań będzie należeć budowa i operacja kontrole bezpieczeństwa na poziomie przedsiębiorstwa, zapewniająca zgodność i wykorzystanie zasad Zero Trust w cyfrowym środowisku. Dołączysz do dynamicznego, międzynarodowego zespołu, pracując w Krakowie w modelu hybrydowym.

Qualifications

• Ponad 5 lat doświadczenia w inżynierii bezpieczeństwa informacji, z naciskiem na IAM i bezpieczeństwo chmurowe.
• Silna ekspertyza w architekturze Zero Trust, uwierzytelnianiu/autoryzacji i PKI.
• Praktyczne doświadczenie z GCP, bezpieczeństwem Kubernetes i DevSecOps.
• Umiejętności Policy-as-Code (OPA), Secrets Management i kryptografia.
• Wiedza z modelowania zagrożeń, zarządzania podatnościami i zgodności bezpieczeństwa.
• Biegła znajomość angielskiego.

Responsibilities

• Projektowanie i implementacja zaawansowanych zabezpieczeń w platformie IDAM 2.0 w celu zapewnienia ochrony.
• Wprowadzanie zasad Secure by Design w etapie rozwoju i wdrożeń.
• Konfigurowanie i utrzymanie mechanizmów uwierzytelniania i autoryzacji zgodnie z architekturą Zero Trust.
• Wspieranie bezpiecznej komunikacji między usługami przy użyciu mutual TLS (mTLS).
• Prowadzenie modelowania zagrożeń i oceny ryzyka bezpieczeństwa w sposób proaktywny.
• Tworzenie standardów bezpieczeństwa, podręników twardnienia i dokumentacji zgodności.
• Współpraca z zespołami w zakresie monitoringu bezpieczeństwa, reagowania na incydenty i zarządzania podatnościami.
• Promowanie najlepszych praktyk bezpieczeństwa w zespołach dostarczających i integracjach z zewnętrznymi dostawcami.

Nasze wymagania:

• Over 5 years of experience in information security engineering, with a focus on IAM and cloud security.
• Strong expertise in Zero Trust architecture, authentication/authorization, and PKI.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes security, and DevSecOps practices.
• Skills in Policy-as-Code (OPA), Secrets Management, and cryptography.
• Knowledge of threat modelling, vulnerability management, and security compliance.
• Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.

Mile widziane:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant security accreditations.
• Experience with API security and service mesh security.
• Familiarity with security automation and SIEM solutions.

Zakres obowiązków:

• Design and implement advanced security controls across the IDAM 2.0 platform to ensure robust protection.
• Embed Secure by Design principles throughout solution development and deployment.
• Configure and maintain authentication and authorization mechanisms aligned with Zero Trust architecture.
• Support and operationalize secure service-to-service communication using mutual TLS (mTLS).
• Lead Threat Modelling and security risk assessments to proactively identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop security standards, hardening guides, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with teams on security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Promote security best practices across delivery teams and support third-party security integrations.
