Job summary

Look4IT Sp. z o. o. (KRAZ: 7880) is seeking an Identity & Data Security Manager for a global automotive environment in Wrocław. The role focuses on shaping security capabilities across identity, data and AI security, and aligning them with enterprise needs.

You will lead cross-functional security teams, drive Zero Trust initiatives, and collaborate with architecture, cloud, compliance and business stakeholders to deliver secure-by-design outcomes.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Identity Security or Data Security.
• Proven track record leading technical security teams.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with enterprise security governance and frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Identity, Data & AI Security strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead multidisciplinary security teams and governance activities.
• Oversee identity lifecycle governance, privileged access, data protection and AI security.
• Drive Zero Trust initiatives and security architecture governance.
• Define KPIs and security metrics to monitor risk and compliance.
