The role requires English proficiency (B2 or higher), Archimate modelling, ITILv4 familiarity, and certifications; it emphasizes hybrid cloud solutions, security, and governance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a key architect in development of at least 2 enterprise-wide ICT systems migration and core ICT systems deployment.
• Expert in hybrid systems architecting in the relevant domain.
• Expert in designing enterprise level core ICT systems and solutions.
• Expert in planning capacity and security of the integration platform capabilities.
• Familiar with virtualization, containerization, on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Holds excellent technical knowledge about: Identity Management and Active Directory, Microsoft System Centre, databases, application servers, monitoring for systems and applications, middleware, modern workplace solutions, cloud integration patterns, cloud migration framework, systems integration, Software and asset management.
• Familiar with ICT process design and implementation according to ITILv4.
• Is proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others
• Familiar with DevSecOps approach
• Familiar with market wide designing architecture standards or frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected Framework or similar
• Presents excellent communication skills
• Holds ability to document effectively
• Presents problem solving skills
• Presents leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and development processes
• Design interoperability and interfaces with other systems on-premises and in the cloud
• Estimates and sizes software development works for core ICT systems and platforms
• Contributes to Enterprise Architecture repository and managing required artifacts such as ICT baseline, Technology catalogue etc.
• Presents system documentation and provides presentations
• Selects and evaluates technologies
• Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management
