Job summary

InPost Group is seeking an IAM System Developer to join as an individual contributor, directly collaborating with Product Managers and our implementation partner. You will handle hands-on coding and integration work—building interfaces between the IAM platform and internal systems—while engaging with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (or IdentityNow) is required.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and/or PowerShell; CI/CD and REST API integrations.
• Experience with system integrations via REST API, SCIM, LDAP; Git and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ platform functionality and connectors to AD, AzureAD, SAP, HR systems, and SaaS apps.
• Design and build custom integrations with InPost's internal systems with implementation partner.
• Automate identity lifecycle processes (provisioning/deprovisioning/role assignment) using PowerShell, Python, Java/Groovy.
• Create integrations via REST API, SCIM, LDAP, SOAP/XML with data mappings and transformations.
• Implement access approval, escalation, and entitlement certification workflows.
• Analyze logs from systems, apps, AD/AzureAD to diagnose provisioning and integration issues.
• Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and manage code in Git.
• Document connectors, provisioning processes, and operational procedures.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

Required:

• Hands-on, hands-in-the-code experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (or IdentityNow) — this is the platform we use, and direct experience with it is required.
• ~5yearsofrelevantexperienceoverall,including:programmingin Java,Python, and/orPowerShell (min. 3years); systemintegrationsvia REST API, SCIM,orLDAP (min. 2years); Git and CI/CD (min. 2years);readingandanalyzingsystemlogs(min. 2years).
• UniversitydegreeinComputerScience, Software Engineering,Cybersecurity,orarelatedfield.
• Workingknowledgeof IAMprotocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC,OAuth2.0, SCIM, LDAP,Kerberos.
• Technicalunderstandingof Active Directory andAzureAD (EntraID).
• Familiaritywithcoresecurityprinciples:leastprivilege,separationofduties, RBAC.
• Polish,spokenandwritten(mostdocumentationandstakeholdersarePolish-speaking); EnglishatB2levelfor cross-marketcollaboration.
