Job summary

DCG is seeking an Expert Application Security Specialist to join our team in Poland. You will analyze application security, manage user access, and collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather information and drive secure access governance.

You will work with SailPoint IIQ to onboard and cleanup access groups and accounts, identify risky permissions, and support decision-making across projects. The role emphasizes self-motivation, clear communication, and a practical, collaborative

Qualifications

• Experience as Identity Application Security Specialist or similar in IIQ.
• Strong experience managing SailPoint IIQ access groups and accounts.
• Good understanding of IAM and application security concepts.
• Ability to analyze access data and make recommendations.
• Stakeholder management and cross-business communication.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and support decision-making.
• Self-driven and collaborative mindset; Bachelor's degree.

Expert Application Security Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Analyze application security, user access and access-related data
• Identify inactive, excessive and unnecessary user permissions
• Assess access findings and recommend actions based on business requirements
• Facilitate onboarding and cleanup of access groups, user accounts and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ
• Engage with Business and IT stakeholders, application managers and system providers to gather required information
• Collaborate with RACF/IAM subject matter experts on actions and mitigations
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities
• Support prioritization of project activities and management of scope changes
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Support and challenge stakeholders while aligning activities with project deliverables

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager or User Administrator in IIQ
• Strong experience in managing access groups, user accounts and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ
• Good understanding of applications and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Ability to analyze application security, user access and access-related data
• Practical stakeholder management and communication skills across Business and IT
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and support decision-making
• Self-driven, motivated and collaborative mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field
