Job summary

ITConnect Sp. z o.o. is seeking an Identity & Access Management specialist to join an IAM project focusing on SailPoint IIQ.

You will support onboarding and cleanup of access groups, user accounts, and service accounts in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience as Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User admin in IIQ.
• Strong IAM knowledge and ability to align stakeholders with project deliverables.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Access review and analysis of application security and user access management.
• Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions.
• Assess findings and recommend appropriate actions based on business requirements.
• Engage with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information needed for appropriate actions.
• Engage with RACF/IAM subject matter experts and formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations.
• Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ or cleanup of access groups, user access and service accounts.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities.
• Assist in prioritizing efforts and managing scope changes.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Job description

Join an ongoing project focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM), part of a larger IAM program. Project activities are starting now and focus on managing access groups, user accounts and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ.

You will support the onboarding and cleanup of access groups in collaboration with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure effective onboarding to SailPoint IIQ. The initial contract will run until the end of the year, followed by an extension for a further period.

• Access review and analysis of application security and user access management.
• Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions.
• Assess findings and recommend appropriate actions based on business requirements.
• Engage, collaborate, and facilitate dialogues with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information needed for appropriate actions. Act as a trusted point of contact.
• Engage with RACF/IAM subject matter experts and formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations.
• Facilitate the onboarding to SailPoint IIQ or cleanup of access groups, user access and service accounts.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities.
• Assist in prioritizing efforts and managing scope changes.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

• Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User admin in IIQ.
• Good understanding of applications and Identity access management.
• Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Business applications, IT processes and IAM.
• Experience with IAM from SailPoint IIQ.
• Ability to support and challenge stakeholders by leveraging experience with application management and/or development and IAM.
• Ability to quickly understand the context in which different stakeholders work while aligning it with required project deliverables.

• Preferred 3 days per week – Warszawa/Gdańsk/Gdynia, but remote work can be accepted.
