Sii Poland is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to join our team in Wrocław. You will analyze and map IAM processes, design user-centric improvements, and ensure stakeholder requirements are met while focusing on user experience.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, translate requirements into functional specs and user stories, and help create guidance and training materials to enable adoption and successful implementation.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of IAM and process management experience.
• Strong analysis, mapping and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to translate complex needs into practical solutions.
• Proven collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and document end-to-end IAM processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvements.
• Support design and continuous improvement of IAM processes considering all requirements.
• Gather and translate stakeholder and user requirements into functional specs.
• Prepare process improvement proposals and documentation for reviews.
• Coordinate clarifications with IAM experts, architects, operations, and development teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories and workflow or catalog specs for implementation.
• Prepare guidance and training materials to enable users and stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior IAM Consultant to join our team and drive improvements in Identity and Access Management processes. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in process analysis and mapping to create user-centric solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure that all stakeholder requirements are met while maintaining a focus on user experience. If you are passionate about optimizing IAM processes and making a tangible impact.

Your tasks

• Analyzing and documenting end-to-end IAM processes to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, impacts, and improvement opportunities
• Supporting the design and continuous improvement of IAM processes by ensuring all business, user, and technical requirements are considered
• Gathering, analyzing, and structuring stakeholder, customer, and user requirements and translating them into clear process and functional requirements
• Preparing process improvement and change proposals, including supporting analysis and documentation for the Process Owner's review
• Coordinating process-related clarifications and dependencies with IAM technical experts, architects, operations, and development teams
• Translating process requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and workflow or catalog requirements for technical implementation
• Supporting process communication and user enablement by preparing guidance, training materials, and other relevant documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM and process management
• Strong expertise in process analysis, process mapping, and requirements analysis
• Ability to translate complex needs and dependencies into clear, practical process solutions
• Proven experience in collaborating with business and technical teams to achieve project goals
• Advanced level of English

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Intermediate level of Spanish
