Sii Poland is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to lead analysis and optimization of Identity and Access Management processes. You will work with business and technical teams to translate stakeholder needs into actionable process and functional requirements, focusing on user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include documenting end-to-end IAM workflows, designing improvements, coordinating with architects and developers, and creating training materials to enable users.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM and process management.
• Strong expertise in process analysis, process mapping, and requirements analysis.
• Ability to translate complex needs and dependencies into clear, practical process solutions.
• Proven experience in collaborating with business and technical teams to achieve project goals.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and document end-to-end IAM processes to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, impacts, and improvements.
• Support design and continuous improvement of IAM processes considering all business, user, and technical requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and structure stakeholder, customer, and user requirements into clear process and functional requirements.
• Prepare process improvement and change proposals with supporting analyses for the Process Owner's review.
• Coordinate process clarifications and dependencies with IAM technical experts, architects, operations, and development teams.
• Translate process requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and workflow or catalog requirements for implementation.
• Support process communication and user enablement with guidance, training materials, and documentation.

We are looking for a Senior IAM Consultant to join our team and drive improvements in Identity and Access Management processes. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in process analysis and mapping to create user-centric solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure that all stakeholder requirements are met while maintaining a focus on user experience. If you are passionate about optimizing IAM processes and making a tangible impact.

Your tasks

• Analyzing and documenting end-to-end IAM processes to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, impacts, and improvement opportunities
• Supporting the design and continuous improvement of IAM processes by ensuring all business, user, and technical requirements are considered
• Gathering, analyzing, and structuring stakeholder, customer, and user requirements and translating them into clear process and functional requirements
• Preparing process improvement and change proposals, including supporting analysis and documentation for the Process Owner's review
• Coordinating process-related clarifications and dependencies with IAM technical experts, architects, operations, and development teams
• Translating process requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and workflow or catalog requirements for technical implementation
• Supporting process communication and user enablement by preparing guidance, training materials, and other relevant documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM and process management

• Familiarity with Agile methodology
