Sii Poland is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to drive improvements in Identity and Access Management processes. You will analyze, map, and document end-to-end IAM workflows, coordinating with business and technical teams to translate needs into actionable specifications.

The role emphasizes user-centric solutions and ongoing process optimization. Based in Poznań, you will collaborate across functions, prepare guidance and training materials, and support change proposals to enhance operational

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM and process management experience.
• Strong skills in analysis & mapping.
• Ability to translate complex needs into practical solutions.
• Experience collaborating with business and tech teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document end-to-end IAM processes to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, impacts, and improvement opportunities.
• Support design and continuous improvement of IAM processes by ensuring all business, user, and technical requirements are considered.
• Gather, analyze, and structure stakeholder, customer, and user requirements and translate them into clear process and functional requirements.
• Prepare process improvement and change proposals, including supporting analysis and documentation for the Process Owner's review.
• Coordinate process-related clarifications and dependencies with IAM technical experts, architects, operations, and development teams.
• Translate process requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and workflow or catalog requirements for technical implementation.
• Support process communication and user enablement by preparing guidance, training materials, and other relevant documentation.

We are looking for a Senior IAM Consultant to join our team and drive improvements in Identity and Access Management processes. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in process analysis and mapping to create user-centric solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure that all stakeholder requirements are met while maintaining a focus on user experience. Your tasks

• Analyzing and documenting end-to-end IAM processes to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, impacts, and improvement opportunities
• Supporting the design and continuous improvement of IAM processes by ensuring all business, user, and technical requirements are considered
• Gathering, analyzing, and structuring stakeholder, customer, and user requirements and translating them into clear process and functional requirements
• Preparing process improvement and change proposals, including supporting analysis and documentation for the Process Owner's review
• Coordinating process-related clarifications and dependencies with IAM technical experts, architects, operations, and development teams
• Translating process requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and workflow or catalog requirements for technical implementation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM and process management
• Strong expertise in process analysis, process mapping, and requirements analysis
• Ability to translate complex needs and dependencies into clear, practical process solutions
• Proven experience in collaborating with business and technical teams to achieve project goals
• Advanced level of English

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Intermediate level of Spanish
