Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an Identity and Access Management specialist to design and implement IAM solutions including One Identity Manager. You will gather requirements, model access roles, and develop processes around lifecycle, approvals, and privilege audits while advising clients on best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with One Identity Manager IGA implementation
• Knowledge of identity and access management concepts
• Familiarity with Net/SQL/LDAP/AD/PowerShell/Linux and cloud platforms
• Ability to explain complex problems clearly and collaborate with security specialists

Responsibilities

• Gather business and functional requirements for IAM/IIG projects
• Design and implement an access role model and entitlements
• Design business processes for identity management (life-cycle, access requests, privilege audits)
• Plan and implement Identity and Access Management solutions including One Identity Manager
• Engage as an identity technical expert and trusted advisor
• Address innovative security challenges and contribute to growth
