Job summary

Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Poland in Łódź is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to shape robust test frameworks and drive automation across teams. You will architect scalable solutions, mentor colleagues and ensure long-term maintainability using Java and CI/CD.

You will work with multiple teams, define contract testing strategies, tackle synchronization issues, and monitor test quality gates. Fluent English and Polish are required, and you will join a dynamic banking tech hub.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Strong Java OO skills and automation integration.
• Hands-on Selenium WebDriver for browser testing and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for backend data validation.
• Proficient with Git version control and code repositories.
• Experience with API testing using Postman and RestAssured.
• Fluent in English and Polish (minimum B2).

As a Specialist Test Automation Engineer at flexhub, you drive the technical quality and architecture of our test frameworks. You architect scalable solutions, mentor junior colleagues, and solve the most difficult automation challenges we face.
