As a Senior Business Analyst at FlexHub, you drive the functional quality and clarity of our complex products. You architect business solutions, mentor junior colleagues, and solve the most difficult logical contradictions we face. Your deep expertise in banking domains and data modelling allows you to make decisions that ensure consistency. You are the functional anchor your team relies on.

Your main tasks are

• Primary Action: Architect business solutions for high-impact and complex domains.
• Integration: Define the functional integration strategy for external partners.
• Implementation: Solve complex logic gaps and edge cases in the requirements.
• Quality: Establish requirements standards and ensure the team adheres to them.
• Collaboration: Guide the team during functional planning and help resolve blockers.
• Operations: Analyze usage metrics to identify process improvements and plan capacity.
• Documentation: Write architectural decision records (ADRs) for functional choices.
• Learning: Mentor junior and professional analysts to help them advance their careers.
• Stakeholder: Advise product management on the feasibility and risks of new business ideas.

Your profile

• Skills in visualizing and mapping business processes using BPMN to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows.
• Proficient in utilizing Jira for task management, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless collaboration in Agile project environments.
• Experience in creating detailed and actionable user stories that reflect business needs and drive successful Agile development cycles.
• Advanced skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to support database-driven workflows.
• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation to record technical decisions, processes, and project outcomes.
• Fluency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level.
