Qualifications

• Degree in market finance, mathematics, or a related field; internships welcome.
• Strong analytical and logical skills with a keen interest in financial markets.
• Proven problem-solving mindset and accountability; able to work in an international environment.
• Fluent English communication; proficient MS Office, esp. Excel.
• Willing to work full-time with occasional early starts to align with vendor cycles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trade support for the Fixed Income XVA desk across asset classes.
• Perform portfolio compression and optimization to improve regulatory capital efficiency.
• Support XVA processes, tools, workflows, and market practices.
• Conduct daily controls, reconciliations and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors on data exchanges and reviews.
