Job summary

Raytheon Polska is seeking a System Engineer to support design and system architecture for defense products. You will work with Polish partners to decompose requirements and develop technical data packages, ensuring compliance with Raytheon standards and transition to production.

The role involves coordinating design reviews (PDR/CDR/TRR) and leading cross-functional teams, with travel up to 25% in-country. A STEM degree and 5+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Experience with current design systems and processes.
• Experience transitioning from design to production.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control design-related activities at a Polish supplier’s site.
• Coordinate development and reviews for technical data packages (TDPs).
• Develop supplier capability to design products meeting Raytheon standards.
• Support design reviews and production readiness activities.
