Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group seeks a Supply Chain Development Specialist in Poznan to translate production planning and scheduling insights into practical value across the group. You’ll bridge design and operations, working with OPCOs and the Group Supply Chain to drive measurable improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in production planning/scheduling, strong data modelling skills, and experience translating needs into standard solutions.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience with production planning and detailed production scheduling in a mature production environment.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and how system-supported solutions work in practice.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, sustainable solutions within a standard framework.
• Experience in data analysis and data modelling.
• Structured and persistent approach to managing strategic and operational tasks.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment across functions.
• Programming knowledge to collaborate with development teams on technical specs.
• Fluency in English.
• Educational background in production engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement solutions tailored to Rockwool’s planning needs.
• Support OPCOs as internal consultant, translating strategic direction into practical solutions.
• Lead process improvements and solution rollout across the organization.
• Build stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and ensure alignment with standard solutions.
• Ensure execution by following up on actions, deliverables, and tasks; support documentation and data activities.
• Collaborate on process improvements with OPCOs and coordinate stakeholders.
• Guide discussions and drive progress with strong facilitation.
• Travel 30–40 days per year to support operating companies.
