Job summary

Versigent seeks a Supplier Quality professional to monitor supplier performance, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement in our automotive supply chain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and conformity with SPDP, PPAP, and IATF standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in supplier quality or related fields, fluent English, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work arrangement supported along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Supplier Quality, Advance Quality or Quality in Automotive.
• Experience auditing suppliers according to IATF standards.
• Fluent English and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance and publish data reports.
• Lead supplier audits and drive improvement actions.
• Support cross-functional teams and SPDP planning.
• Represent SQ&D in supplier-related initiatives and PPAP/PPF processes.
