Job summary

AUTODOC is seeking a Senior Product Quality Management professional to assess, monitor, and enhance product quality for Private Brand products, ensuring EU regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate PPAP, oversee test plans, and work with suppliers and internal teams across Europe to implement quality improvements.

Fluent Russian and strong English, with a technical degree and IATF knowledge, are preferred; hybrid working options and state-of-the-art learning resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a technical field with quality management knowledge.
• Experience with ISO/TS 16949 / IATF 16949 and problem-solving methods.
• Fluent Russian and English at B2+ level; able to collaborate with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare supplier product requirements based on specs, markets, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate PPAP, drawing approvals, and product change agreements.
• Respond to violations by coordinating internal teams for corrective actions.
• Monitor EU regulatory changes and inform internal stakeholders.
• Define test plans, select laboratories, and review results.
• Establish incoming inspection criteria and respond to third-party requests.
