Job summary

Rolls-Royce Global Capability Centre in Kraków is seeking a Source-to-Contract Specialist to drive strategic sourcing and supplier management across indirect categories. You will coordinate RFx events, supplier evaluations, and contract support with global teams, delivering value and cost efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in procurement, experience with SAP/Ivalua/Coupa, and a passion for process improvement within aerospace or complex manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management across indirect and direct categories.
• Hands-on experience executing RFx events and supporting negotiation activities.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, or complex manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance and compliance in aerospace/defence.
• Experience with SAP, Ivalua, Coupa and related tools.
• Proven customer service orientation and influencing skills.
• Track record of delivering business results and objectives.
• Lean and Six Sigma process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFx events from setup to completion, aligned with category strategies.
• Prepare sourcing templates, event documentation, and ensure governance compliance.
• Coordinate supplier qualification, evaluate responses and support bid analysis.
• Coordinate negotiation activities and document outcomes.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing supplier agreements.
• Validate and analyse category and spend data to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Adhere to procurement policies and regulatory standards throughout processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve supplier engagement.
