Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator for a hybrid role in Warsaw, Poland, to work on the EU Institutions project. You will oversee secure operation, configuration, and lifecycle management of the ServiceNow platform within ICT Service Management, collaborating with architects and developers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, security protocols, and upgrade processes.
• Solid understanding of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) principles.
• Ability to perform business requirement analysis and provide technical design recommendations.
• Ability to document work results and adhere to established methodologies, best practices, and work standards.
• Strong communicativeness and the ability to cooperate effectively with stakeholders and multi-disciplinary team members.
• Capacity to support various technical areas, including disaster recovery and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Ensure the secure operation, configuration, and lifecycle management of the ServiceNow platform.
• Operational Administration: Manage security, upgrades, incident resolution, and platform functionality with architects and developers.
• Availability & Continuity: Ensure platform availability, compliance, and service continuity.
• Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and assess business needs and user requirements, translating them into optimal technical solutions.
• Development Oversight: Supervise ServiceNow development and improvement projects and oversee bug fixing.
• Project & Risk Support: Support project management in implementing organizational-wide service management capabilities and assist in risk management, disaster recovery, and security management.
• Training & Demos: Provide ServiceNow demos and training to end-users and support teams.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.
