Job summary

Novocure Inc. in Cracow is seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst to join the Global Treasury team. The role offers a hybrid working model with three days in the Cracow office and two days from home, focusing on cash management, banking operations, and financial reporting.

You will support daily cash management, forecasts, and treasury systems like Kyriba, while collaborating with internal teams and banks. A proactive mindset and strong Excel skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• 1-2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, Accounting, Banking, or related financial environment.
• Good understanding of basic financial principles, reconciliations, and cash flows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Very good English communication, written and spoken.
• Proactive, curious, learning-oriented mindset.
• Responsible and collaborative approach when handling financial information.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration (completed or in progress).
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, or process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cash management and banking operations.
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting and financial reporting.
• Assist with administration of corporate card programs.
• Support treasury systems and banking platforms (Kyriba).
• Assist with FX reporting and intercompany transactions.
• Collaborate with banks and internal stakeholders.
• Support treasury controls and SOX compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
