Job summary

Vention in Łódź is seeking a Solution Architect to own the AI architecture for the software delivery lifecycle. You will lead the integration of AI tools and services across specification, development, testing, and release, and build rollout plans with governance and metrics.

You will define AI-enabled delivery models, drive adoption, and scale repeatable AI workflows across teams while working within a hybrid, full-time role at our Lodz location.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect with ownership of technical architecture and system design.
• Ability to trade off scalability, maintainability, and delivery impact.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-first workflows in delivery environments.
• Experience rolling out workflows across teams and scaling beyond a single project.
• Ability to build rollout plans, adoption roadmaps, and metrics.
• Fluent Russian for day-to-day team communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI architecture for the software delivery lifecycle across teams.
• Define AI-enabled delivery models using BMAD, SpecKit, and similar approaches.
• Lead integration of AI tools, agents, and services across lifecycle stages.
• Build rollout plans, processes and tracking for adoption and progress.
• Set engineering standards, governance, and metrics to improve speed and quality.
• Scale AI workflows across teams as repeatable delivery models.
• Explore emerging technologies and translate them into delivery capabilities.
