Job summary

Vention in Lodz, Poland, is seeking a Senior AI Solution Engineer to turn AI-first SDLC concepts into deliverable practices. You will research new technologies, test solutions, integrate them into real workflows across teams, and drive adoption.

You’ll join a senior R&D team where experimentation and broad ownership are part of day-to-day work, with pilots and onboarding plans guiding rollout.

Qualifications

• Senior software engineer with commercial project experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC and its relationships.
• Hands-on experience building/integrating AI agents and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development (BMAD, SpecKit or similar).
• Experience integrating Git, issue trackers, AI coding tools, design or test management systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI automation across the SDLC and turn them into practical workflows.
• Research, compare, and recommend AI tools, agents, services, and SDD approaches.
• Build, configure, test, and integrate AI-enabled workflows across the software delivery toolchain.
• Run pilots on real projects, gather feedback, resolve gaps, and improve solutions.
• Support team adoption through onboarding plans, processes, documentation, and guidance.
• Track adoption and effectiveness using delivery data and refine workflows.
• Turn proven approaches and emerging technologies into reusable delivery capabilities with R&D and project teams.
