DGS Diagnostics in Poland is seeking an R&D Mechanical Engineer to work on innovative audiological instrumentation solutions. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to engage with the latest technologies in product development.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, hands-on experience in plastic component design, and strong proficiency in 3D CAD tools. Collaboration with a focus on supplier relations and production support is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in designing plastic components for injection molding is essential.
• At least three years of experience in designing mechanical solutions.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Design and industrialize high-volume consumables/accessories.
• Drive supplier collaboration for tooling and material selection.
• Plan and execute verification for consumables.
• Support transfer to production with work instructions.
