Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Junior/Regular Project Manager to join our delivery team in a hybrid role, based in Poland (Wrocław or remote). You will lead project teams, ensure scope and timelines are clear, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive progress and quality across deliverables.

We value at least 2 years of PM experience, proficiency in Waterfall, Scrum and Agile, and strong English communication. Hybrid work and cross-functional collaboration are central to this role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as project manager or similar role.
• Experience with Waterfall, Scrum and Agile.
• Experience in JIRA and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Telecommunication and IT background is a plus.

• Managing the Project Team and deliverables for external client.
• Ensuring goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Project Team.
• Communicating with stakeholders to understand challenges and monitor progress.
• Collaborating with technical team members to resolve dependencies.
• Leading meetings with stakeholders.
• Planning projects based on input from various stakeholders.
• Keeping projects on track with timelines, effort and quality of deliverables.
• Identifying and solving project challenges; managing documentation.
• Driving progress of projects.
