Job summary

Ingram Micro sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking a Sales Support Engineer to provide technical support for clients and the sales team, shaping tailored data center solutions and preparing compelling technical specifications.

You will analyze customer needs, collaborate with Vendors, and deliver trainings and technical presentations while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting pre-sales activities. The role offers hybrid work arrangement in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of products and solutions in servers and storage (Dell).
• Good English language skills.
• Sales experience and relationship-building with clients are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and tailor solutions to their expectations.
• Collaborate closely with Vendor to align offerings.
• Configure products and design data center solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications and support in crafting sales proposals.
• Conduct trainings and technical presentations for clients (including at industry events).
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients, provide technical support and substantive guidance.
• Collaborate with the sales team in the bidding process and negotiations.
• Ensure timely preparation of technically and substantively sound offers.
• Create and grow effective relationships with the company's clients.
• Provide pre-sales technical support for clients and assist with deployments.
