Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Power Platform specialist to help develop and modernize an enterprise risk management platform for a Nordic financial client. The role focuses on creating Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, with emphasis on data modeling and MS SQL.

Based in Poland with a hybrid setup (Gdynia/Gdańsk/Warszawa/Łódź), you will collaborate with international teams and use English daily. The program emphasizes work-life balance and professional development.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong expertise in MS SQL, DAX, and advanced Microsoft Excel (data preparation, transformations, and table relationships).
• Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and data optimization.
• Experience in data handling, reporting, and data visualization.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Design and optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
• Work with structured and unstructured data using MS SQL, DAX, and Microsoft Power Platform.
