Kingfisher plc is seeking a BI Analyst to design and deliver Power BI dashboards and data models for its Retail Media team in Kraków. The role involves translating business needs into analytical solutions, optimizing SQL in Databricks, and ensuring data quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering BI solutions using Power BI.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data modelling concepts.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into documented requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models and reports in Microsoft Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, including requirements documentation.
• Prepare, optimize, and maintain SQL queries in Databricks.
• Ensure data quality through validation.
• Collaborate with Data engineering teams on data integration.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver solutions iteratively based on feedback.
• Apply development standards, including version control, documentation, governance, and security.
• Support user enablement through training materials and user support.
• Work in agile framework, including planning, prioritization, and sprint-based delivery.
