Job summary

Kingfisher is seeking a BI Analyst to design and deliver Power BI data models and reports for the Retail Media team. You will work with data engineering and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and ongoing improvement of BI solutions.

You will translate business requirements into analytical solutions, optimize SQL in Databricks, and collaborate across groups in a hybrid Kraków-based role. English proficiency is required, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BI solution delivery using Power BI.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data modelling concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs into documented requirements.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• English proficiency at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models and reports in Microsoft Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions with documentation.
• Prepare, optimize, and maintain SQL queries in Databricks.
• Ensure data quality through validation.
• Collaborate with data engineering on data integration.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver iteratively.
• Apply development standards including version control, governance and security.
• Support user enablement through training materials and user support.
• Work in an agile framework with planning, prioritization and sprint delivery.
