Job summary

Siemens AG is seeking an Operations Manager for Order and Delivery Management (f/m/d) within Global Business Services. You will lead 90+ colleagues across our Central Eastern Europe hub to optimize order management, contract administration, and logistics while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience with 4–5 years in leadership, strong English, and a track record of managing complex operations in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role supervising teams (30+ FTEs).
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial awareness with budgeting and cost management experience.
• Experience in complex international matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for day-to-day operations and service delivery of Order and Delivery Management teams.
• Oversee Order Management lifecycle from entry to fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Ensure efficient contract administration and data management across contracts.
• Oversee logistics activities including delivery coordination and shipment monitoring.
• Lead and develop teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Drive governance, risk management, and operational resilience.
