Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Mobility Procurement Analyst to manage our global mobile device program, ensuring employees worldwide have the devices and services they need.

You will act as SME for mobility products, work with carriers, process POs, and maintain accurate data in our procurement system while delivering high-touch support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in technology procurement or a related operational role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with SAP and/or Ariba.
• Experience with SharePoint (2010 or later).
• Good understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Technology Procurement: Manage end-to-end mobility procurement program for a global staff and serve as SME for mobility products, services, and carrier relationships.
• Fulfillment: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on mobile device orders, pricing inquiries, and order tracking; collaborate with Asset Management and Client Support.
• Procurement Data Standards: Oversee product catalog management and maintain accurate order and supplier data in the procurement system.
• Process Improvement: Seek and implement opportunities to streamline procurement activities.

As a Mobility Procurement Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing WBDs global mobile technology procurement program, ensuring employees around the world have seamless access to the devices and services they need.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Technology Procurement (40%)

• Coordinate the end-to-end mobile device procurement program, including iPhones, tablets, MiFi devices, and related mobility services for Warner Bros. Discovery’s global workforce.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for mobility products, carrier services, and vendor relationships, providing guidance on device options, pricing, and service solutions.

• Manage purchase order activities, including order creation, supplier quotations, tracking, procurement-system updates, and issue escalation to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

• Partner with Tech Finance and business teams to ensure accurate cost allocation, procurement compliance, and operational continuity across technology purchasing activities.
  

Fulfillment Requests (40%)

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, resolving mobility-related questions and complex issues while coordinating with Asset Management and Client Support teams to deliver a seamless end-user experience.

• Deliver effective solutions, including device replacements, escalations, inventory coordination, and device deployment support.

Procurement Data Standards & Maintenance (10%)

• Maintain procurement data integrity through product catalogue management, supplier-data maintenance, and adherence to procurement standards and governance requirements.

Process Improvement (10%)

• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance procurement efficiency, user experience, and overall operational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience…

• Previous experience in technology procurement, mobility operations, or a related operational support function

• Working knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba, with an understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes

• Familiarity with SharePoint and procurement or business operations systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables and charts), PowerPoint, and Visio

• Demonstrated ability to support supplier management, purchasing activities, and data maintenance within a structured operational environment

• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills and experience supporting internal stakeholders across multiple functions
