Job summary

LoopMe Krakow is seeking a Management Accountant to own financial and management reporting for LoopMe's Poland entities. You will lead the month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L reviews, variance analysis, and bank reconciliations, including payroll administration with a third-party provider and staff expense approvals.

Intercompany and fixed asset accounting are also in scope. Hybrid role: in the office Tuesday to Thursday, remote on Monday and Friday.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a finance role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Currently studying ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close with balance sheet reconciliations and P&L reviews.
• Perform variance analysis and bank reconciliations.
• Payroll administration with a third-party provider and staff expenses approval.
• Review monthly journals, intercompany, and fixed assets accounting.
• Prepare consolidated bonus and recharge postings; manage AP postings.
• Support annual accounts, audits, and financial reporting.
• Deliver expense training to new employees and support ad hoc projects.
