Job summary

PPG is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Procurement Analyst in Wrocław to support sourcing, carrier performance analysis, and continuous improvement across logistics procurement activities. The role partners with procurement, transportation, operations, finance, and suppliers to analyze spend and drive data-driven decisions across air, ocean, and parcel logistics.

Location: Wrocław, Curie-Skłodowskiej 12. Hybrid work model with office-based Monday-Thursday and flexible Fridays.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, finance or related field.
Experience in procurement, logistics, transportation, or analytics.
Strong ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into recommendations.
Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with ERP/ TMS systems.

Responsibilities

Analyze freight, logistics, and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Support sourcing events, bid analysis and rate benchmarking for logistics categories.
Monitor carrier and supplier performance against service and cost targets.
Prepare dashboards on spend, savings, contract utilization, and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into procurement recommendations.
Review contracts and pricing to identify process improvements.
Assist in bid preparation, supplier onboarding, and performance reviews.
Support forecasting, budgeting and procurement analytics for transportation spend.
Maintain procurement data accuracy and reporting integrity.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes.
