Job summary

Sii Ukraїna TOV is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join a long-term technology team supporting business-critical applications in a high-availability environment. You will combine technical troubleshooting with a reliability-focused approach, working closely with engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams.

The role is based in Warsaw and follows a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office, plus 24/7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience providing application support in a high-availability environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Based in or able to work from Warsaw with hybrid office model.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues impacting business-critical applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and post-incident reviews.
• Support continuous improvement of deployment and runbooks.
