Job summary

AECOM is seeking a motivated Junior Engineer - Highways (Asystent/tka Projektanta Drogowego) in Kraków, Poland. In this role, you will contribute to highway and linear infrastructure projects while gaining valuable experience in CAD documentation and design.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering and experience in highway design. AECOM offers a hybrid working philosophy which fosters a culture of flexibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of working on highway designs (+2 years).
• Experience in geometric design using software packages like InRoads or Civil 3D.
• Good command of CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Support designers in delivering highway and linear infrastructure projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings and basic CAD documentation.
• Update and maintain project data and reference materials.
