Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA is seeking a Business Risk Manager to join the Data Privacy Centre of Excellence in Poland. The role focuses on operational privacy processes, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance across multiple business areas.

You will collaborate with international teams, enhance privacy controls, and support stakeholders in applying privacy requirements to daily activities. Strong English and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree requirement in law, business, risk management, compliance, finance, information management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in risk, compliance, governance, or data protection is preferred.
• Ability to work across different backgrounds and locations.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational privacy processes and privacy risk activities.
• Support stakeholders across the bank in privacy requirements.
• Identify and assess privacy risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Contribute to privacy processes and controls improvements.
• Prepare reports and management information related to privacy activities.
• Support privacy aspects of projects and initiatives across the organization.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across business areas and countries.
• Promote privacy awareness and responsible handling of data.
