Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an IT Compliance Specialist to join our global Digital Business Services team in a hybrid role. You will ensure IT operates securely and compliantly, coordinating audits, and driving remediation across our international organization.

You will work with stakeholders across Internal Audit, Global Security, and other departments, applying ITGC and risk management principles while communicating in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Compliance, IT Risk, IT Audit, Internal Controls, or Information Security Governance.
• Experience supporting or coordinating internal and external IT audits.
• Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) and risk management principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOX, and NIS2 frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute DBS IT Compliance activities across DBS.
• Challenge internal customers to deliver high-quality reports and control evidence.
• Act as SME on IT Compliance and ITGC; liaise with Internal Audit and Global Security.
• Evaluate IT controls testing results and address deficiencies.
• Coordinate IT internal control walkthroughs and testing.
• Ensure Control Owners update ITGCs when processes change.
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements to the IT Compliance Program.
• Support reviews of standards and procedures for new or existing policies.
• Drive remediation with owners and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Maintain metrics to monitor overall IT Compliance health.
