Job summary

Inetum Polska seeks a Systems Analyst to drive the design and automation of banking processes using the IBM FileNet workflow platform. You will analyze requirements, model processes, and craft solutions within a Scrum team, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years as a System Analyst, strong SQL, REST API, UML/BPMN skills, and fluent English and Polish. Hybrid work: 2 days in office, 3 days remote, with a focus on collaboration and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience working with workflow systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with REST API.
• Ability to create UML and BPMN diagrams.
• Understanding of basic programming and object-oriented design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish (minimum B2).
