Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. in Poland seeks an Analyst/Developer (Java) to join a collaborative IT team in a hybrid setup: four remote days and one day in the office. The role blends analytical work with hands-on Java/Kotlin development using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

You will shape requirements, document models (BPMN, UML, user stories) and verify system behavior through testing and data validation. Strong SQL, Angular experience, and familiarity with Git and Maven are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT analyst role within a development team with process modeling (UML, user story mapping)
• Document requirements (BPMN) and decompose stakeholder needs into change specs
• Practical SQL for data analysis and validation
• Strong experience with Angular (5+ years)
• Strong experience with Java or Kotlin (5+ years)
• Experience with Spring/Hibernate, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud (2+ years)
• Familiarity with Git and Maven
• Good communication with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and propose practical improvements.
• Collaborate with project team members — analysts, developers and business representatives — to ensure clear requirements and high‑quality deliveries.
• Document requirements and process models (using BPMN, UML, user story mapping as appropriate).
• Develop and maintain Java/Kotlin components using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and related frameworks.
• Perform integration and regression testing and use SQL to verify data and system correctness.
• Work with version control and build tools such as Git and Maven.
