3M in Wroclaw seeks a Production Planner for the Automotive Division to balance service, inventory and cost while meeting targets. You will maintain production schedules, analyze capacity, and work with cross-functional teams across international sites.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in supply chain or production planning, proficiency in SAP and MS 365, and intermediate English and French. Hybrid work with travel up to 10% is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in production planning in a dynamic and high-volume production environment.
• Experience within multiple supply chain roles (demand, supply, production & procurement planning).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to perform data analysis with mass data sets.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate-level English and French skills in both speaking and writing are required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with manufacturing and value stream leaders to balance service, inventory and cost.
• Maintain detailed production schedules and prioritize work.
• Monitor capacity daily and escalate constraints.
• Lead data analysis and parameter management improvement efforts.
• Track metrics like Backorders, Lead Time Adherence, OTIF, and inventory.
• Manage working and non-working inventories to meet targets.
