Job summary

PwC Poland is hiring a Junior HCP Onboarding Specialist to support onboarding of healthcare professionals and stakeholders in a back‑office role, creating profiles, guiding registrations, and performing due diligence.

You will work in a hybrid model (2 days on-site, 3 days remote), use Reltio/Veeva/Interactions Hub, and collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or medical affairs support.
• Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Hebrew; fluent communication both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of master data management or CRM/HCP engagement systems (Reltio, Veeva, iHub).
• Attention to detail with data accuracy and ability to manage multiple onboarding cases.

Responsibilities

• Initiate HCP/expert profile creation in Reltio or similar system, ensuring all required data fields are complete and accurate.
• Support HCPs through portal onboarding via email and outreach, assisting with registration and troubleshooting.
• Perform due diligence activities including COI reviews, license verification, and debarment screening.
• Conduct FMV tiering tasks in iHub, confirming alignment to defined parameters.
• Document exceptions and maintain records for audit readiness and transparency reporting.
• Collaborate with business owners, compliance, and legal teams to confirm onboarding consistency and resolve issues.
